- The best way to start drinking water is by getting your favorite water bottle. Buy a BPA free water bottle that resonates with your soul. Having a desirable water bottle will entice you to drink water.
- Fill the water bottle and put it beside your bed before you sleep. Once you wake up, drink the water from your water bottle. Do this for at least 7 days to allow your body to adjust.
- If necessary download an App to remind you to drink water every 2 hours.
- Bring your water bottle whenever you go.
Do this for at least 7 days and you will notice that your body slowly does it automatically.
